Store Experience Manager - Frederiksberg Centret

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Experience Manager for our store opening in Frederiksberg Centret, Copenhagen, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the entire store team by being a role model and inspiring them to reach and exceed goals. 
  • Ensure quality and exceptional standards for merchandising, sales activities, store operations, campaigns and stock levels.  
  • Continuously evaluate and follow up on customer service levels and sales KPIs and implement relevant actions. 
  • Together with the Visual Merchandiser manager you strategize and optimize to reach the budget and secure efficiency.

  • You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
  • You are caring and enjoy working with a diverse team.
  • You take initiatives and decisions, have a proactive attitude, and drive things forward. 
  • You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.  
  • You like creating structures, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.  
  • You are flexible and a problem solver, always looking for the best solution. 
  • You have excellent English and good local language skills

Additional Information

This is a fulltime position offering 37 hours a week, starting in Autumn 2024.
