About Us: At H&M, our warehouse serves as a crucial hub for our online logistics operations, working in collaboration with external service providers to ensure seamless distribution of our products.

Your Assignment:

• Review and propose the best way to create a forecast for incoming returns
• Provide operational support, contributing to various tasks within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop the tool, and present findings
• Conduct research and analysis to support the thesis within the scope of the internship

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a HBO or University program, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Full-time availability for the duration of the internship, with a duration of 4 to 6 months depending on needs of the study
• Ability to conduct a thesis within the internship, focusing on the assigned project
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, experience in Power-BI is a pre
• Clear communication skills in English (English is used as common language in the environment)

• Self-directed with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Curious, flexible, and adaptable mindset

What We Offer:

• Full-time internship (38 hours) with flexibility
