Job Description
As the Portfolio Project Manager, you are responsible for developing, aligning and maintaining a healthy store portfolio within the APAC region, and securing future locations through analyzing potential locations. In this role, you have a strong understanding of the Brand, future business needs, as well as industry tendencies.
What you will do:
- Strategizing and developing regional expansion initiatives, primarily through physical stores to drive and optimize omni growth and profitability
- Maximize future potentials of the region through optimization of the store portfolio, identifying and executing opportunities to rebuild, relocate, consolidate and renew existing leases
- Lead and coordinate omni projects within brand/markets, manage portfolio, and create new markets
- Act as the main point of contact for expansion related matters in the region, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, and provide all with a clear vision for each project/opening
- Collaborate with Brand Management, COS Global Expansion, as well as local lease departments to manage the portfolio of existing stores
- Work with Interior and the Sales Team to evaluate the scope of the work required and projecting turnover and potential profit
- Collaborate with Brand/Market/Global Expansion to co-ordinate market entry preparation
- Ensure local and global leasing teams to have a strong understanding of the COS brand, goals and objectives as well as the omni expansion strategy
- Review, verify, and make decisions on new locations in line with overall expansion strategy, securing growth and expansion targets, aligning market strategy and portfolio actions
- Analyze KPIs, portfolio and planning for new stores, consolidations, optimization, renegotiations
- Coordinate and secure the outcome of unique expansion opportunities such as pop-ups

- Full 360 project management experience working across multiple functions with senior stakeholders
- Experience with store/portfolio project
- Have genuine interest in and understanding of COS brand and business in a visual and commercial sense
- Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, perseverance and the ability to thrive in a changing environment for you and your team in a sustainable way
- Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans, act proactively and timely to handle risks and problems and take decisions according to the objection
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoys working in an international environment.
- Proactive approach to work tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
- Willing and able to travel - up to 50% of the time
