Job Description

As the Content Production Lead, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by securing the creation and distribution of paid & store content. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni-sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You are responsible for securing the creation and distribution of all paid media & store content through tight collaboration with production hub, media agency and store teams. You will be part of the Region East Europe team which includes 21 markets – Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan to anticipate the asset production needs for paid media and store communications.
  • Closely collaborate with Media specialists & Media agencies to support the implementation of paid media and store activities.
  • Brief & coordinate media assets requirements and needs with local Media agencies, regional Production hub, and local Content Editors, Copywriters, and Content coordinators.
  • Close collaboration with Global brand marketing and Business units (production managers) to secure full understanding of the paid media campaigns.
  • Understand in detail the global store communications strategy, guidelines & placements for printed material and digital screens.
  • Collaborate with other teams including regional Production hub, NCG team, local Content Editors, Copywriters and Content coordinators, Material leads, and Store Visual team regarding POS assets and plans.
  • Collect input and feedback from stores and the Visual team around the in-store communications material and asset allocation and share with relevant stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

  • Expert in formats and assets for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc).
  • Good understanding of the local media landscape and how media agencies operate.
  • 2+ years of working experience in marketing or media roles in an agency or in-house.
  • You have operative and creative content production experience from a fashion retail background.
  • Experienced in planning production for multiple channels
  • Good understanding of printed formats and communication.
  • Informal leadership with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills, including very good written and spoken English. 

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a local contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Content Production Lead is reporting to the Content Operations Manager.
