At H&M Production we transform design ideas into real products at H&M Production. The direct point of contact for local suppliers in over 20 sourcing markets, we ensure that top-quality products are made as sustainably and cost-effectively as possible.

As a Merchandiser you will have ownership of:

-Product management from idea to production delivery

-Learn and create strong knowledge of production techniques and impacts on efficiency

-Negotiate all parameters to secure best deal.

-Guarantee all tasks are secured by all stakeholders and added into the system

-Follow-up all systems guaranteeing all legal and Product information in a timely manner

-Be creative and proactive in solving challenges, with an enterpreneur mindset

-Visit suppliers regularly to learn and follow-up product development and quality.

-Act with high levels of professionalism while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with

-Be a great team member both in the office and as part of a global team

-Have to be a University graduate, preferably Management, Economics, Engineering

-Detail oriented (must) with Analytical Skills  

-Strong Organizational Skills

-At ease with digital systems and advanced knowledge of Excel

-Excellent written and spoken English

-Clear communication skills, creative and with an entrepreneur mindset

-Deep alignment with H&M Values
