As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
- Oversee all aspects of the team's daily recruitment delivery, ensure proper processes and policy compliance, and provide training, support, troubleshooting and scalation as needed.
- Serve as partner and advisor to senior business leaders in the respective competence(s) and support the team in doing the same for their respective hiring managers.
- Responsible for setting a clear tactical and operational plan to accomplish short & mid-term hiring goals for all volume roles, including stores, customer service and distribution centres.
- Metrics and performance tracking, analysis and reporting, and team roadmap planning.
- Team and individual goal setting, daily recruitment funnel supervision and support for the team.
- Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Strengthen the team and foster collaboration in the community.
- Facilitate the learning and development goal setting and planning process for the team members for professional growth.
- Coach the team based on their job performance and development goals to support their professional growth.
- Manage team's contribution, competence, and salary review processes.
- Leading close partnering with key business stakeholders and competence representatives.
- Creating engagement and participating in the broader Talent Acquisition community, whilst regionally strengthening collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders.
Qualifications
You are a Talent Acquisition expert with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process: from planning, intake meetings, sourcing & attraction, and assessments, to offer preparation & negotiation.
You also have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and can advise and influence hiring managers and leaders.
In this position, you will demonstrate a strong foundation in data analytics to develop plans for talent supply and demand, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide accurate performance reports. You should also have strong project management and change management skills to implement Talent Acquisition (TA) Improvement & Innovation projects, both locally and regionally.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience managing and leading a recruitment team
- In-house experience is required and previous agency experience is valued
- Strong track record of stakeholder partnering and advisory
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Project management and understanding of agile principles
- Proficiency in digital tools
- Operational planning and tracking: KPIs/goal setting and performance management
- Copywriting and social media branding
- Talent acquisition strategy
- Onboarding management
- Formal education in human resources, business administration or organisational psychology is preferred, but not mandatory
- Additional certifications in recruitment analytics and copywriting are preferred
