Visual Merchandiser - Maternity cover

Job Description

We are currently looking for Visual Merchandiser to cover a maternity leave in our store in Gothenburg, Sweden, who is motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. 

Key responsibilities:

  • You ensure that our store reflects brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience. 
  • You implement guidelines correctly and finish on time through planning and routines. 
  • You act as a role model to always deliver excellent customer service. 
  • You analyze KPIs with the Department Manager and together you implement relevant actions.  
  • You evaluate, develop, and constantly share visual knowledge among sales advisors to support brand expansion and succession. 

Qualifications

  • You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way. 
  • You enjoy working with a diverse team.
  • You possess the capacity to review, strategize, arrange, and prioritize your workload.  
  • You demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach as a problem solver, willingly taking initiative to seek optimal solutions. 
  • You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions. 
  • You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English and local language skills. 

Additional Information

This is a temporary fulltime position offering 38.25 hours a week, starting in August 2024.
