Job Description
As a Scheduling and Salary Cost Optimization Analyst, you will ensure that the employees schedule covers all operational and customers needs in the H&M stores. Analyze scheduling results and act together with Sales Management Team to optimize selling, customer experience, and cost through better employees scheduling.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular employees' schedule follow-up and provide recommendations for better coverage of operational needs.
- Look for potentials to improve customer experience and sale opportunities .
- Analyze how managers in stores work with scheduling and Time & Attendance systems, and provide guidelines for better results.
- Monitor available reports and reacts on inappropriate scheduling and misuse of the system.
- Analyze working hours calculation to look for potentials to reduce unnecessary salary costs.
- Deliver reports and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Initiate necessary updates of training contents.
- Closely and actively cooperate with Regional Controlling Team and relevant stakeholders to increase quality of schedule.

What you need to succeed:
- Strong analytic and planning skills, structure oriented, results driven.
- Problem solving approach with creative mindset towards new solutions.
- Understanding and experience of planning and scheduling logic.
- Computer skills including very good Excel skills.
- Power Bi skills are beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of labour law related with scheduling.
- Discreet (because of work with payroll data).
- English B2 (Upper Intermediate).
- Leadership experience is beneficial.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position with local contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Scheduling and Salary Cost Optimization Analyst is part of Controlling Department and reports to Regional Scheduling and Time & Attendance Manager.
