Job Description

We are looking for a Communication & Channel Manager to join our Move Marketing Management Team. You lead all channels and teams to secure the optimal channel strategy for securing Move and H&M objectives and goal. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to your own and H&M Group’s business success. You will inspire the team to innovate and use a channel first mindset to secure an efficient and effective use of content.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Channel mix:

  • Set yearly goals and vision together with Head of Marketing for all channels.
  • Drive channel owners to set ambitious and achievable goals.
  • Work with H&M Marketing model to secure a strong brand and engagement output for Move.
  • Work with Global Media and PR teams to understand global prios, budget allocations and strategy and funnel that information to your teams.
  • Ensure decision making based on data and consumer insights.

Influencers and ambassadors:

  • Secure a scaled-up plan around influencer marketing and with your team and in collaboration with global partnership lead look at yearly plan, as well as evaluating all existing and future partnerships.
  • Work with H&M Global functions to secure alignment and optimal spend.

Leadership:

  • Leading the team with a clear vision, purpose, prios and setting clear goals towards creatives to secure optimal content.
  • Drive cross-channel collaboration to secure optimal channel mix and budget.
  • Inspire team to innovate and challenge status quo.

Qualifications

We believe that you have a positive and creative attitude and always strive for improvement and can set a clear vision for your team. You are structured and organized at prioritizing your own and the teams work under stressful conditions. You have a good sense for a high service level and teamwork but are also able to work independently.

  • Extensive experience working in senior strategic positions, preferably within PR or social media
  • Strong strategic skills, solution oriented & positive attitude who can easily adapt to new circumstances and change plans accordingly.
  • A track record of innovating and bringing new ideas to life that drives engagement in social media.
  • You have leadership skills that believe in collaboration and inspiring your team and others around you.
  • You have good communications skill and a team player that brings a lot of value into the forums you are invited to, often beyond the role you have.
  • You have a good commercial understanding.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, based at H&M Move office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Head of Marketing – Move.
