Job Description

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will ensure effective and cost-efficient service delivery and service support delivery of H&M Support Services end-to-end.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for following and implementing Support Services’ vision, guiding principles and ways of working (ITSM processes, tools, KPIs, roadmap, etc.)
  • Assess service needs and support realization of service roadmap.
  • Oversee and improve procedures for service processes/workflows, act as local point of contact and provide management of local stakeholders.
  • Monitor and review service deliveries and drive related continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be the local point of contact and provide management of local stakeholders.
  • Manage and support delivery of vendors and globally procured contracts (suppliers, MTPs, locally procured software etc.) where needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services/operations and in delivering services with ITIL principle.
  • Project- & Stakeholder Management
  • Agile Methodology (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and problem-solving mindset.
  • Change Management, Organizational Transformation & Compliance with local regulations
  • Service Delivery & Service Level Management
  • documenting test plans, test cases and test execution
  • The minimum requirements to be successful in the role are a very good English skills (C1) and excellent German skills (C2).

This is a full-time position and will be based in Germany (remote work is possible within Germany).
