Job Description

Join our Center of Excellence (CoE) unit in Product Development & Engineering and be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diverse ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with the product managers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders, and be at the forefront of understanding our organizational needs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Product managers to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing initiatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP EWM solutions.
• Work with best practices for the full software implementation life cycle. This includes configuration in SAP, planning and executing tests, planning and execution of production deploy, and support for a limited period after go-live.
• Optimize existing SAP EWM solutions for performance and efficiency.
• Play a key role in integration efforts with other SAP modules and external systems, overseeing data mapping and transformation processes.
• Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP EWM functionality, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
• Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP EWM configurations and processes, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors on specialized SAP EWM initiatives.
• Represent the SAP EWM team in high-level meetings and discussions with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

We believe that you…

• possess a solid 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to SAP EWM implementations or rollouts.
• are proficient in configuring inbound, outbound & internal processes.
• are dynamic, collaborative, and curious.
• are flexible and able to work in an environment that may not be formalized yet.
• have leadership experience, ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance.
• have experience working with agile practices.
• are fluent in English both written and verbal.

It’s an added advantage if you also have…

• ability to understand and debug ABAP code.
• knowledge/experience in Warehouse automation.
• experience working with S4.
