As part of the customer service team within region Central Europe , you are responsible for overseeing and managing loss prevention issues within the E-commerce sector of the H&M brand.

Key responsibilities include:   

• Reporting and following up on losses within E-commerce for H&M Germany.
• Taking strategic and individual actions on fraudulent behavior.
• Continuously working to improve loos results.
• Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders such as sales, distribution centers, customer service, and global/ regional security regarding issues that impact our loos results and profitability.
• Providing advice on customer service routines that affect our losses.
• Collaborating with legal authorities and law enforcement agencies to bring cases of fraud to prosecution.
• Development and maintenance of Power BI used for analytical purposes

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• You are confident with data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Basic Knowledge about Python / SQL and data preparation is seen as an asset but not required
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to convey data insights and their implications to a variety of stakeholders.
• strong business sense to quickly understand issues that are driving our losses
• able to act quickly, to decrease our shrinkage results.
• excellent German and English language skills.

This is a limited full-time position for 1 year.
