Your main responsibilities are:  

• To always put our customers first! You work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store while always supporting your team. 

• Keep updated and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers.  

• Processing our customer transactions at the cash desk. 

• Receiving and processing our deliveries. 

• Helping to prepare our Season Sales and regular seasonal campaigns 

• Following our store routines, policies and guidelines to assist in lost prevention and health and safety in the store.

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way. 

• You enjoy working with a diverse team. 

• You possess the capacity to review, strategize, arrange, and prioritize your workload.  

• You demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach as a problem solver, willingly taking initiative to seek optimal solutions. 

• You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions. 

• You have minimum one year of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English and local language skills.
