Job Description
As the Growth and Business Development Controller, you will create long-term financial multi-channel strategies to achieve global sustainable growth. In this role, you are a key stakeholder in securing and driving profitability through proactive business controlling.
What you will do:
- Deliver the financial strategy for Growth and Business Development for future multichannel business
- Responsible for the Global Growth P&L, operational budgets, and financial plans for COS multichannel globally, to achieve the set goals
- Support each regional controller to optimise profitability during the budgeting process regarding Growth and Business Development
- Work in close collaboration across a wide range of group and Head Office functions including our new business teams based in Sweden
- Develop business cases to support expansions strategies and secure that decisions on investments are based on ROI
- Follow up sales and costs, budgets, re-forecasts and P&L and provide knowledge on reasons, business ideas and potential future actions based on the learning
- Work towards maximising the COS Customer experience: calculate investments (technical improvements), considering customer dada and insights
- Identify and highlight future opportunities to build strong cases for business development decisions and drive priorities towards the regions as well as the wider business by constantly being in the forefront of the industry

- Extensive experience working in a controlling, business development or another similar role within an omni retail environment
- Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels.
- Identifies problems and provides easy solutions
- Experience working with different functions and teams to support business growth

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
