This role will report into the Senior Production Manager for Visual Design and Branding, working alongside the Senior Project Manager on Branding & Packaging and is offered on a permanent full-time contract.

Job Description
As the Project Manager on Branding & Packaging at COS you will be joining a passionate team managing a variety of Branding & Packaging projects, from briefing through to final delivery. You’ll have exceptional attention to detail, with accuracy, passion, and the desire to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of all work, whilst maintaining critical paths and timelines.
What you will do:
- Work alongside the Senior Project Manager to scope out projects, taking responsibility for the smooth running of work and its timely delivery.
- Collaborating with a range of various departments to understand their needs and expectations of all projects.
- Own the projects for labels/hangtags by ensuring that there are the right labels/hangtags for all products at the right time and in the right market.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in the production and distribution of printed collateral to stores, event locations and promotional materials.
- Liaising with suppliers, strengthening relationships and networks.
- Ensure that projects are properly resourced from brief to delivery, overseeing the workflow and consistently thriving to streamline processes to enable the best creative output.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in the production, development and installation of marketing collaterals, store openings, re-models and closures.
- Liaise with central production teams for design developments of retail and e-com packaging.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of suppliers and warehouse contacts.
- Liaise with Packaging Operations Responsible to update and develop gift cards and merchandise cards.
- Establish new and existing contacts within this industry for future potential projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, working within a Graphics, Branding or Packaging department.
- Strong organisational skills, self-starter keen to drive projects forward, and who can maintain critical paths and timelines.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
- Exceptional working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong team working skills.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the COS brand aesthetic and work with our core values.
- Interest in sustainability, up-keeping and expanding our sustainable materials archive.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our offer this role requires 2/3 days per week office presence to foster strong collaborations and team work.
