Job Description

As the European CRM Manager you will lead the successful creation and implementation of the CRM strategy to drive engagement, loyalty and profitable growth. You will lead the Email & CRM team to ensure the delivery of business KPIs across the region.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy for the European region, aligning with the global CRM objectives and business goals
  • Responsible for the delivery of sales, traffic, acquisition, retention, subscriber goals via CRM, email and SMS channels
  • Monitor and analyze CRM KPIs and performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize CRM initiatives
  • Manage Email & CRM team to execute CRM programs and initiatives as well as business-as-usual customer communication
  • Lead the development and execution of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies across email, SMS, and paid digital channels where relevant
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize customer journeys and drive personalized experiences
  • Lead CRM technical implementation and development within the region, collaborating with Global Project Leads and Global CRM Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR & Marketing, Ecom, and Store Sales to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications
  • Relationship management with partners / agencies including contract negotiation

  • Previous leadership experience leading a team of Email and CRM Specialists
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and inspire the team, collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working with Email Service Platform, knowledge of Adobe Campaign
  • Excellent understand of Goodgle Analytics and Attribution Models
  • Strategic thinking, highly analytical, able to interpret data into short and long term actions
  • Fashion awareness, keep up to date with CRM trends, technologies and best practice
  • Ability to adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven planning, organizing and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to take own initiative

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 2 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
