Job Description

Sales is a global function within the H&M brand with the mission of growing and engaging our customer base, and developing our sales channels.  By holding the responsibility for our regions and bringing together expertise from both business and digital & tech perspectives, Sales plays a key role in delivering on our brand plan - to elevate H&M through product, experience, and brand, providing aspirational fashion at an unbeatable price.   

The mission of the Digital unit in the Sales function is to profitably grow digital. Taking an end-to-end view of the customer experience, we secure commercial performance while driving digital development and expansion. 

We are now looking for a Commercial Marketplace Manager to join the New Sales Value Stream (ENS VS) which is part of the Digital Unit. The mission of the ENS VS is to grow and develop long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing access to the H&M Brand through own and external digital channels.  

As a Commercial Marketplace Manager you will be responsible for leading the commercial negotiations towards our external partners (Marketplaces, White label Partners, etc.) for the H&M brand, as well as setting and holding together the governance process for all our external partnerships. You will be key in ensuring that we are able to drive profitable growth in our external digital sales channels.  

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within: Digital sales, external negotiations, tech negotiations, project management, digital expansion - preferably within the retail industry 
  • Experienced identifying and interpreting drivers of digital sales and marketplace performance  
  • A good understanding of digital growth and technical needs, benefits and risks  
  • A working knowledge of commercial agreements in a retail environment  
  • Strong negotiation skills and good legal understanding   
  • Ability to work independently  
  • Good financial and analytical skills   
  • Great communication skills - you are fluent in English both orally and in writing  
  • Ability to work with and manage several stakeholders 
  • Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams 

Additional Information

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, based in Stockholm. You will report to Value stream Manager for External & New sales, Gorav Puri.
