Job Description

We look for creative, passionate and professional Junior Fashion Designers with a passion for our Divided customer. You will work with youthful, edgy and fun products that welcome everyone. We look for you who would love to work in our fast paced creative H&M head office in central Stockholm, Sweden. This might be the role for you!

The junior designers are assisting our Product Designers working together with our wider team creating the garments for our Divided Assortment. It involves, but is not limited to, technical flat sketching, preparing meeting material, assist with fittings and adjustments as well as follow up with production. You will be involved in developing collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets! We have high ambitions and a great team spirit, and we are one of the biggest sections covering many different products and a large assortment.

Qualifications

  • A BA/MA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
  • 1-2 year’s work experience as a JR Designer/Design Assistant for a commercial fashion company
  • Passion and understanding of our H&M Divided customer
  • Very strong skills in Adobe Suite programs
  • Experience in 3D CLO is highly meriting
  • A creative and visionary mindset for fashion, both current and future trends
  • A strong customer focus and enjoy working with commercial fashion
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility
  • You thrive working in diverse teams where we are all different and you contribute with your perspectives
  • Like a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
  • A very strong self - drive and can take own initiatives
  • English fluency (Swedish is not necessary)

Assessment will be done on a continuous basis.

The roles are for both permanent and temporary positions, all based working on site in the office in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation support is available for non Sweden residents.
