Job Description

As a sales advisor you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in store. Together with a great team you contribute to the sales and profit in your store and share product and fashion knowledge. 

Your Day to Day 

• You are responsible for inspiring our customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities and to deliver a great customer experience that contributes to the sales and profit goals in your store. 

• You support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments per H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities. 

• You unload delivery truck, receive, open, and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals. 

• You give and receive honest feedback to support not only your own development but also your colleague’s development. 

• You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• You have the ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds & to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance. 

• You have Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool. 

• You must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
