Job Description

As a Project Lead at Kids Assortment you will drive project and implementation connected to our development & change agenda supporting the organization in new ways of working, enabling an even better customer offer.

You will be a part of the Change Team at Kids assortment working close with our Change Manager and supporting our Competence Leads. You will work with various types of projects connected to our development agenda. As Project Lead you will be working with many stakeholders within our company and you will be the speaking representative for Kids Assortment on topics regarding the change agenda across our business units.

In this role you will get the possibility to:

  • Drive projects end to end
  • Be responsible for implementations within the full Kids Assortment  
  • Have a tight collaboration with our Assortment teams and our Central function
  • Support Competence Leads in projects, changes in ways of working or specific implementations within their respective area

Qualifications

Your entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision and flexibility will be important assets as well as your ability to keep track of a diverse portfolio of project and deliveries.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proven experience in managing development projects with successful outcomes
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Are solution oriented and with a mindset to act, learn and adapt
  • A keep it simple approach
  • Are fluent in English (verbal and written)
