As a Senior Designer in our Men’s department, you will be part of the collection team with the focus to create the best offer for our target customer. Based on the visual goal, you will contribute to the collection range by planning and developing the products and assortment, always keeping sustainability at the core. The focus for the role is for men’s RTW Jersey Fancy and Jersey Basics, shirts, denim. You will contribute with a conceptual eye and brand mentality. An excellent ability to foresee and analyze upcoming trends and to translate them to our business concept. You contribute to growth and profitability by creating and developing products based on the visual goal for your target customer aimed at all sales channels.

You love to collaborate, are highly structured and organized with different teams, utilizing your strong, prestige less and clear communication skills. Staying up to date and monitoring our customer offer, review assortment and taking actions according to the business. Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with an entrepreneurial and agile approach.

As a person you will have a growth mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new ways of working in a constantly changing work environment.

We are looking for:

• BA/MA in fashion design with a minimum 4 years industry experience
• Has a strong sense of fashion forward trends and a good surrounding world analysis with a truly global perspective
• Loves working with men’s collections, are business minded, goal oriented and has an entrepreneurial mindset
• Have strong knowledge of materials, cuts, and eye for detail
• Is highly creative and can take action to be an inspiration to your team members
• Driven team player and can also work independently with a strong self-drive
• Has excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite programs and illustration, also hand drawing skills
• Strong in CLO 3D
• Have strong time management and organizational skills
• Is flexible, open minded and positive
• Able to work at a high pace when needed
• Always see possibilities, improvements and can inject and push new ideas to the team
• Great communicator, unafraid to take a step forward and speak up
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) Swedish not necessary
