Job Description

As Key Account Coordinator you will work closely with Buying & Design in offering the Weekday assortment to our wholesale partners. You’ll drive sales and growth through great communication skills in close collaboration with your Key Account Manager. You are an organized, self-driven team player striving for constant improvement. You love working with and around people and you are fluent in English.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the best customer service and take actions to develop an efficient collaboration with the wholesale partner
  • Support and prepare when presenting the Weekday assortment to our wholesale partners
  • Follow-up and evaluate the wholesale business daily., Responsible for order management, follow up and updating orders once they have been placed
  • Coordinate and keep deadlines for all parts of the delivery process for wholesale orders
  • Secure an efficient logistic flow between Weekday and the wholesale partner
  • Continuously ensure efficient and value-adding collaboration with all relevant stakeholders at Design & Buying and at our Warehouse
  • Drive communication between buying teams, wholesale partners and our logistics teams
  • Support H&M Accounting team with the information needed for invoicing and contribute to constant improvement process between H&M Accounting & wholesale team

Qualifications

  • + 1 year of previous experience in retail sales and/or buying. An understanding of retail logistics is a definite plus as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • A high level of customer service in all interactions with our wholesale partner - great customer service is a high priority
  • Great administrative and coordinating skills with an ability to prioritize - you work in a structured way, organizing your own and others’ time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work towards different timelines, departments, and roles
  • A strong fashion interest and great teamwork skills
  • Strong salesmanship and an ability to constantly find new ways of developing our business
