Content Coordinator for Ukraine

Customer Activation & Marketing Team is a function comprised of different competencies - from media relations, customer insights, experience operations, and loyalty - working together in a synergy to implement a locally relevant seamless customer experience. This will empower us to create a truly customer-focused omni organization.
Job Description
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Content Coordinator you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by securing proofreading of copy in external and internal communications. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proofreading
- Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, proofread all translated copy SEO related copy, making necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market.
- Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats and templates
Social media publishing
- Be fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content and publish it on local social pages (Facebook)
- Be a point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling. Involve relevant stakeholders to take action accordingly.
- Collaborate with local Media specialists and global Social Media team to help facilitate the best organic social plan.
Local communications support
- Coordinate information flow between store teams and shopping malls marketing departments
Analysis & Follow up
- Set follow up KPIs and goals for organic social content, conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content
- Drive the local needs related to organic social content reporting and share results and insights with relevant stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly level

Besides your personality we see that you have:
- Formal education within Marketing or Copywriting degree or relevant qualifications as highly preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in copywriting and social content roles in agency or client side (preferably in fashion industry)
- Good level of knowledge of English and fluent spoken and written Ukrainian language
- Good understanding of content marketing and digital channels
- Experience from managing organic social media accounts for the social platforms and publishing of social content in Facebook, Twitter
- Good analytical ability and insights driven approach
- Thrive in fast pace and collaborative environment, comfortable in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communicator with clear and straightforward style that fosters collaboration and empowers teamwork

The job is based in Warsaw. The role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing Team and reports to Content Editor Lead.
