Job Description

We are currently in the process of recruiting a Senior Test Engineer to be part of our Business Tech organization. In this role, you will set up testing strategies and tools for the team, act as a mentor and go-to person on technical solutions execute both manual and automated test scripts.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of cross-functional taking on AI-powered pricing products. Your contributions will empower our product teams to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.


Some of your responsibilities will include:  

  • Setting-up the testing structure and ways of working
  • Reporting the progress, ensuring on-time delivery of set goals
  • Code and implement automated tests using popular test frameworks such as Selenium
  • Communication with stakeholders to understand and clarify product requirements
  • As the team member with best functional knowledge, acting as an incident coordinator between the team and users
  • Oversee the quality metrics, set goals for product requirements
  • Advisory on product features, suggesting user-friendly changes and improvements, keeping up-to date with latest technologies and standards to maintain highest testing standards
  • Work with cloud solutions and CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps or GitHub)

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar role playing a key part in setting up the testing structure, acting as a mentor/ leader guiding the team
  • Ability to choose proper tools, methods, and environments to ensure smooth and efficient tests of our solutions
  • Expert knowledge on performance, integration, exploratory and automation testing, and testing methods - from other JD
  • Vast experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
  • Proficiency in work with Azure cloud platform
  • Ability to build test cases and execute them
  • Strategical ways of thinking, ability to plan to meet set goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
  • Ability to drive test automation improvement initiatives and influence others to prioritize automation considerations
