Job Description

As the Creative Brand Strategist, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand identity and customer promise. Your responsibilities will include developing and defining the Brand platform, which encompasses the Brand ID and our customer promise. In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing our sustainability, and Inclusion and Diversity communication strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our Brand ID. 

Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:  

  • Ensuring that our brand ID is consistent and that we keep our integrity across all touchpoints. 
  • Provide guidance and support to teams, helping them navigate any questions or interpretations related to the Brand ID. 
  • Drive the development of key brand strategies connected to bringing the brand platform to life. 

Qualifications

We are seeking a collaborative professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills. You should have a proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that directly contribute to driving business results. In this role, experience with competitor benchmarking will be crucial in informing our strategic direction. Given the seniority of this position, you must be proficient at stakeholder management on a senior leadership level. This will include working closely with external partners to foster productive relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 

We see that you have:  

  • Extensive experience in creative development and in particular development of creative strategies, frameworks and playbooks for international brands.  
  • Extensive experience from working with brand identity and brand strategy development, translating insight into actionable strategic frameworks  
  • Several years of experience with developing briefing templates and frameworks that help enable the strategy to come to life  
  • Several years of experience in developing strategies specific to sustainability, I&D, employer branding and loyalty programs  
  • Several years of experience with guiding and providing direction for tone-of-voice  
  • Several years of experience in developing brand books and playbooks  
  • Proven track record of delivering brand platforms that enable effective change for a brand and business   
  • Proven track record of effectively guard-railing brands to ensure consistency, relevancy and distinctiveness
