Job Description 
We are looking for a dedicated and fashion savvy manager to join and lead our Editorial (curation) team as Content Editor Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing our editorial activities and social media calendar, elevating our narrative in social media and being on brand with all communication.   
 
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for creation, curation and publishing of editorial and performance marketing content, across social and owned channels  
  • Ensure content plan optimization from a social media perspective, while acting in line with business and channel strategy  
  • Ensure our prioritized social media channels are continuously updated in a brand aligned way    
  • Manage a cross-functional team to ensure resources and operations are aligned with business goals  
  • Contact person for social media in the event of a crisis   

Qualifications

We are looking for you who love and understand how to make great editorial content for a fashion brand. You believe that strong team collaboration is the key to success. You appreciate working in an international team empowering your team members to thrive in their respective roles. Your positive mindset and great editorial skills together with a keen eye for fashion will make you the ideal candidate to join our brand! 

We see that you have:  

  • A few years’ experience from leading an editorial team, e.g., fashion editor 
  • Proven ability to successfully build and manage creative teams to create business results.  
  • An eye for fashion aesthetics, the marketing and media landscape, tech and trends 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English  
  • Positive attitude and strong leadership skills (both business and people)
