As a fashion lover, you'll keep an eye on the latest trends and excel at styling and garment presentation, always putting the customer at the center of everything you do.  

What you do:  

• You plan and implement all store campaigns and activities together with the store team following H&M guidelines 
• You ensure proper placement and visual presentation of products on the sales floor creating clear stories and wearable outfits 
• You check and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring that all sizes and styles are readily available for customers 
• You maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding and arranging clothing  
• You analyze Store KPIs and take actions to reach our business targets 
•  You coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge  
• You follow together with the store team all H&M policies and legal requirements

• You are a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• You have good communicational, commercial, and analytical skills 
• You are open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to changes
• You speak Estonian(B1) and English​(A2)
