Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and engaged Store Manager to join our Singular team in Stockholm! Are you a strong leader, passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer experience and a true team player? As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in guiding, motivating and developing the team to deliver the exceptional customer experience our customers have come to expect.

The role includes:  

  • Team management and development of the team
  • To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team and inspire them to work well, leading by example and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure that all employees understand customer needs, preferences and shopping styles and train them to assist customers satisfactorily and deliver a superior shopping experience
  • Organize, prioritize and distribute tasks, optimize resources and ensure store operations runs smoothly
  • Driving the business and ensuring that we reach the targets in both member growth and sales
  • Manage inventory, order handling and reduce operational costs
  • Responsible for scheduling staff according to store needs

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we think that you are ambitious, self-motivated and structured with good time-management skills. You have a passion for products, the history behind them, and to offer exceptional customer service. To fit in the team, we think that you are result driven, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes. You are a true team leader with strong communication and management skills.

We’d also love to meet someone who:

  • Has extensive management experience in premium or luxury retail
  • Are fluent in English, verbally as well as written
  • And with a real service mind to give outstanding service to our customers

This is a parental cover for 1 year minimum, starting September 1st.
