We are looking for a Personal Stylist to join our talented team in Beverly Hills, Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help customers create memorable store experiences by helping them shop for COS outfits most suitable for their personal style. This role will be full-time for 32hr-40hr per week and includes shifts at weekends and evenings. 

In this role you will

• Welcome customers to the store
• Be a brand ambassador for COS
• Identify customers’ needs and help them create complete looks that match their style
• Offer personalized styling tips
• Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
• Drive customer cultivation, responsible for creating individualized strategies to develop/nourish existing client base and foster new client pipeline
• Create a client book
• Strategically leverage private client relations and VIP experiences for high potential customers
• Personalized service, one on one experience and/or by appointment
• Achieve set goals for KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Price Per Receipt and Average Value Purchase
• Build credibility and trust as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying current with market competition, industry, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a memorable experience for COS customers
• Share customer feedback and sales opportunities with store manager

• Previous experience of working in a capacity to provide personalized services to high potential customers
• Previous experience of creating and maintaining a client book.
• Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and our team to meet goals
• Ability to build business relationships through effective communication
• Customer focused

• A genuine interest in others 
• Open to learn about and sell our products 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills

Compensation: 

Hiring range: $21.75 - $26.56 Hourly
