On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Construction Project Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Construction & Facilities (C&F) team in the sales market for Sweden & Finland. As a Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for managing cross functional construction projects in our Swedish stores and together with the rest of the C&F team you secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance. 

This position is based in Stockholm Sweden, the role is part of our Expansion Function and reports to our Sales Market Construction & Facilities (C&F) Manager

Key responsibilities

• Leading, managing, and organizing construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to routines, company policies, guidelines and local legislation.
• Coordinating design, execution, and logistics for projects
• Following-up on cost with suppliers to secure financial transparency, driving tender processes and contracts for projects.
• Being responsible for preparing and presenting strong business cases and partner with Regional Procurement Specialist, C&F Manager and Business Controller C&F in order to determine budget, conduct tenders, evaluate bids and select contractors.
• Optimizing planning and following up tools, driving improvement actions and sharing learnings and best practices with colleagues.

You have the ability to prioritize, especially in circumstances where you are put under pressure and with tight deadlines. You are comfortable managing several stakeholders and various projects and tasks simultaneously. Besides your personality we see that you have: .

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Previous working experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably (but not a must) within the retail industry.
• Experience managing external suppliers, follow-up on contractual obligations and working in a role with several stakeholders.  
• A good understanding of technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques & implementing brand design guidelines to actual build onsite
• Can understand, read and speak, Swedish at an advanced level.
• Flexibility to travel within the sales market on a frequent basis. 

This full-time permanent position is based in Stockholm Sweden, the role is part of our Expansion Function and reports to our Sales Market Construction & Facilities (C&F) Manager.
