Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 500 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our HR team in Eskilstuna. Do you have a passion for people and logistics flow? Do you have a customer first mindset and are motivated by working hard to drive goals forward? If so, then you might be the person we are looking for!

As Team Leader you will lead, manage and organize your team within a department. You ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost. The role involves staff responsibility which means that you will set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your team.

You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. You act in line with our values and leadership expectations.

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. The location is based in Eskilstuna and part of the Logistic Region North Europe. Working hours will include evenings and weekends. As a Team Leader, you report directly to the Operations Manager. Start date during Summer/Autumn 2023 or by agreement.
