We are pleased to announce that in Sales Market Greece, as a part of Region East, we are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for Sales Market Greece for a one-year contract. As a Project Manager you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by project management within Customer Activation team. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You are responsible for successfully leading appointed projects on sales market level across the year depending on need. You ensure that all project deliverables are met.

KEY FIELDS TO DRIVE: 

• Responsible for successfully leading appointed projects on sales market level across the year depending on need (such as opening & closures, supporting global tests, omni communications projects, local activities, etc) 
• Organizing, leading, and delivering internal and external events
• Monitor the budget and keep the projects in-budget
• Validate assignments to ensure goal alignment and deliverables
• Feeds in relevant learnings and insights in project brief to optimize projects 
• Involve relevant parties in project to ensure project deliverables 
• Lead, inform, motivate, and align project team to deliver on shared goals  
• Participate in sourcing and negotiations of creative talent and services if needed  
• Close communication with Experience Operations Manager to ensure the right priorities and resources
• Set, follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and selling when possible 
• Secure all processes to be compliant with GDPR legislation
• Strive to reach and engage our customers in all touch points by ensuring a close to customer approach  
• Strengthen & protect H&M as a brand by ensuring H&M brand guidelines and policies are me
• Work pro-actively to propose new creative projects that will bring value to the brand, helping the team to meet and exceed the goals

SKILLS:

• 3 years of relevant experience from project management roles
• A formal education within Communication &/or Marketing would be an asset
• High level of Greek & English (both spoken and written)
• Fluent in Microsoft office
• Experience of project management within marketing and communications in both digital and traditional channels 
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals  
• Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results  
• Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment  
• You have experience in collaborating with agencies 
• You act as an ambassador for the customer centric mindset, have a growth mindset and encourage cross-functional collaboration.  
• You promote a positive and open environment where opinions, views and ideas are shared, proactively bring innovative ideas, and explore growth opportunities
