Job Description

As e-commerce business analyst you will play a key role in the identifying trends, analyzing data and providing inside to drive the best business decision for the COS e-commerce sites in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work across 29 countries and territories, providing a variety of different opportunities for future growth and developments. Together with the rest of European e-commerce team you will work towards alignment and cross functional goals, driving sales performance and customer focuses in all parts of work.

  • Work closely with e-commerce manager and e-commerce controller to set and deliver the operational strategies for the European e-commerce business, creating business cases and analytical insights into new marketplaces and ROI analysis for proposed new ventures (website translations, delivery options, payment methods etc)
  • Maximize profitable sales net, customer base, customer experience and day-to day sales operations in e-commerce EU
  • Drive insights and connect customer, sales, web analytics and logistic data to optimize decision making
  • Plan, forecast, and following up on e-commerce selling in EU markets together with warehouses, e-commerce team, reporting on various KPI’s and analysis of traffic, price influence etc
  • Together with supply chain merch team, plan, manage, and follow up sales, stock and reductions levels in e-commerce EU markets, balancing stock levels and ensuring adequate allocate of product for each channel.
  • Provide input for your markets about e-com, traffic, targets, customers needs and shopping behavior to identify future business opportunities

  • Excellent knowledge of ecommerce from experience working in the industry
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI
  • A good understanding of key online marketing channels: paid search, SEO, affiliate
  • Understanding of web analytic tools as Google Analytics
  • Takes decisions that are best for the company as a whole
  • listens to and shows interest in all colleagues' ideas and opinions
  • Sees the bigger picture
  • Communicates clearly and concisely and adapts communication to suit the audience
  • Is confident to offer different or challenging ideas
  • Has been involved with or managed Projects  connected to sales driving activities such as new e-commerce operational routines etc
  • Enjoys working with complex data sets
  • Is curious and stays up to date with trends and is knowledgeable about products, services etc
