Position: Sales Advisor/Visual Merchandiser 37 hours

• You will be a key part of your store’s management team.
• You present Monki fashion in your store in an inviting and exciting way according to our guidelines
• Provide amazing customer service, sales and store standards
• You follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budget
• You execute and follow up the Visual guidelines in your Store
• You ensure your store has visual routines in place (sample picking, planning etc.), to create clear garment presentations and buying suggestions throughout the Store
• You support the store team with daily tasks such as covering the cash registers, store operations, direct and indirect customer service as well as covering shop floor and fitting rooms.
