Job Description

Payroll Expert 
*Coordination with payroll outsourcing company and drive to build a smooth payroll processes , delivery of payroll needs in terms of accuracy of data , timely payouts, , follow SLAs (Service level agreement), meet all statutory obligations and secure accurate and on time actions on all relevant reporting
*Collaborate with Accounting team regarding salary payments, bank reconciliations and to maintain accurate
payroll liabilities on the Balance Sheet including wages, incentives, taxes, benefits etc.
*Update, administer, communicate on all employee benefits and H&M Incentive Program
*Seek ways to proactively improve payroll routines and outcomes; develop & implement solutions that are aligned and consistent with H & M group global guidelines
*Assist in projects directed by the Payroll Manager
*Identify and address needs for support in existing tools and explore options to use / update relevant technology and automation. 

Business Partner
*Stay updated on knowledge of relevant legislations, policies, the business and its operations; apply this knowledge of business and local legislations, policies to facilitate business decisions
*Implement programs, policies, and routines to drive an engaged and performing organization
*Provide outstanding customer service to our internal customers (employees) regarding all payroll questions and concerns
*Provide support to the business leaders (in stores, area, offices) regarding payroll matters and resolve issues

Communciation
*Be the first point of contact for all external customers (authorities, auditors, consultants, payroll vendor) for all issues concerning payroll, statutory, retiral, social and insurance matters
*Communicate any statutory changes to employees that will affect salaries
*Communicate changes in benefits and payroll processes to employees and provide training when necessary

Additional Information

*Comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures, local legislations and current trends

*Passion for numbers, people and customer (internal and external).

*Analytical skills

*Excellent written and spoken English. Networker with excellent interpersonal skills (multicultural environment)

*Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, creativity and flexibility to take relevant actions

*Proactive working   

*Ability to work on deadlines

*Ability to interpret and enforce changes in legislative compliance in order to ensure accuracy of payroll
