Your main responsibilities include:

• Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
• You work closely with our Visual Merchandisers to create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers.
• Continuously follow up sales reports and KPIs.
• You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results. 
• Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service.

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
• You enjoy working with a diverse team.
• You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
• You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to different circumstances.
• You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service.
