Job Description

As an Area Visual merchandiser you are responsible for applying global visual merchandising guidelines and the local visual department goals in order to maximize sales and provide an inviting and exciting customer shopping experience within the Area.

You act as a link between the Retail Operations team and the stores in your area. Together with the Store Managers, you ensure the development of the Visual Merchandiser within the area through active hands-on coaching in stores and succession planning. You report to the Area Manager as you line manager and the Global Visual & Commercial Lead as your function manager.

You are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goal in your area by creating a plan to deliver great customer experience in line with Weekdays goals.

You support the store teams to enhance the customer and working experience in store through coaching.

Together with the store management team you ensure that all legal requirements and Weekday policies are fulfilled.

- Minimum 2 year´s as a VM and proven success in your role

- You have excellent communication skills in German and English to engage with all relevant   stakeholders

- Ability to travel if applicable

- Ability to multitask, determine key priorities and delegate

- Excellent organization and planning skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
