As a Floor Manager at Weekday you are a role model for our brand by living our values. Your assignment is to lead, inspire and develop store/department team to optimize selling, provide excellent customer service and ensure a great shopping experience. 

• Perform daily selling follow ups and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling 
• Manage and operate merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock level and follow up 
• Take responsibility of planning your and your department´s workday 
• Work efficient and set the right prioritizes 
• Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures 
• Participate and contribute to recruitment, training and development of employees 
• Keep yourself and the team up to date with weekly info and sales activities concerning the store/department 
• You are a part of the Store Management team

• Preferable at least one year  leadership experience

This is a Permanent position on 39 hours/week in one of our Central London stores.
