Our Online Logistics team is looking for a new member as ‘’Online DC Superuser’’

Title: Online DC Superuser
Function: Online Logistics
Reports to: Online DC Manager
Overall Job Function: As a Super User, you are part of Online Logistics team. The role of this position is to support the Distribution Centre operations, embracing the H&M values, policies and all relevant procedures, and collaborate with the DC Manager, and all teams. Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in a sustainable way for our customers, in all brands and channels.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

• Manage and ensure an efficient logistic operation, high quality customer service, good product care through commercial focus in order to maximize sales.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Cargo companies and IT teams.
• Ensure a well-functioning system by continuous follow ups, and by being actively involved in resolving the incidents.
• Participate in the new release projects and give the needed support to IT projects teams.
• Ensure high quality service level in the warehouse by executing and reporting all the needed audits.
• Ensure compliance in all demanded safety and security- administration- and legal procedures by the execution of the needed audits and report.
• You identify business opportunities and implement strategies together with the DC management team to increase efficiency in all departments and securing that quality, accuracy and profit targets are reached.
• Actively reduce our overall environmental impact and secure that our logistic chain has a lower Co2 emission than industry average in the market.
   

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience from working in logistics or other functions within H&M group
• A degree in a relevant field, or comparable work experience
• A passion for logistics & IT
• High drive with a will to make a difference.
• Great interpersonal skills 
• An overall pro-active mind-set.
• The ability to comprehend, analyze and put numbers in use for decision making
• Clear communication and presentation skills, 
• Fluent written and spoken English & local language (min B2) 
• Good Excel knowledge
• Multitasking and good time management skills
• Preferably knowledge in IT Systems, figures and SAP Online

This position will be located at our Online Distribution Center Tuzla/Istanbul
