The role

Your main responsibilities include:

• You set and adjust a store specific Activity Plan on a quarterly basis based on the initial plan from Collection Team.

• You plan, select and adjust the article assortment for Womenswear, Menswear and Homeware on a quarterly basis.

• You merchandise the selected assortment in-store without supporting guidelines due to handpicked and selected assortment. You ensure that your store reflects brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.

• You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.

• You are responsible to share information regarding Seasonal News, Visual Standards and Guidelines.

• You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

We are looking for

• A strong understanding of the ARKET assortment and customer

• Experience from working in a high traffic retail environment

• A minimum of 3 years experience within the retail industry

• Proven leadership skills

• Fluent in English, both verbally and in written

• Technical skills within Visual Merchandising
