Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at & Other Stories you will, together with the PR and Marketing Manager, be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing & Other Stories overall digital traffic acquisition strategy in Korea. You will also maintain a close dialogue with our agency to deliver campaigns with great results.

  • You will be part of our PR & Marketing department, and will be working in close collaboration with online, retails sales team.
  • Developing a digital marketing strategy with the goal to drive traffic and increase brand awareness and generate leads through relevant digital channels.
  • Responsible for planning, managing, executing, measuring, optimizing and follow up our digital marketing activities
  • Check all possible asset delivery from global marketing team and address any needs forward
  • Work with a data driven approach to define and analyse key metrics and take actions accordingly.
  • Make sure all activities are well aligned with customer acquisition and retention strategy, set go to market plans and KPIs, and you will be involved in aligning strategies with our external SEM agency.
  • Work long-term and continuously develop the digital strategy, to find new ways to optimize both high- and low funnel activities.

Core responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Complement and support to the local Marketing and PR Manager, base the activity plan upon the commercial plan and strategic driving the local activity plan to meet new challenges and opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate the omni activity plan and campaign for all local channels to support the brand, increase traffic and selling
  • Secure a balance between brand building activities
  • Be the commercial link between Merch, Sales and Marketing.
  • In close collaboration with global team and local team, secure timings of content for local campaign/activity
  • Support teams within Marketing and PR department in content planning
  • Follow up and evaluate activities
  • Be up to date with competitor and customer analysis
