Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality. For us there’s no right or wrong when it comes to style, just possibilities and the joy of self-expression.

We currently have 76 stores in 24 markets and offer online selling in 33 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!

Job Description

We are “turning up the volume” and as our Office Responsible/Mood Manager, you will be part of making our Stockholm Atelier the place to be. You'll do that through your energy and enthusiasm as well as your attention to details and those surprising little touches that make people's day.

Our office needs full time supervision and you will need to have the ability to structure and prioritize your daily work. It’s a fun job, with a big variety of tasks throughout the week.

You will also encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • You manage the front desk. You are often the first person employees and visitors meet and that makes you one of the most important representatives for & Other Stories
  • You keep our office welcoming, inspiring and tidy
  • You create surprising moments for the teams
  • You take initiative, organise, create structure, and ensure our efficiency by following current routines and finding new ones to improve our everyday work
  • You are responsible for purchasing office supplies and things for the atelier as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • You handle parts of the internal communication and keep everyone posted on essential information
  • You assist HR in various administrative tasks
  • You assist with various tasks within all our departments. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we see that you:

  • Are passionate about giving service and provide support to others and with an eye for details
  • You are a true team-player and the office “go-to-person”
  • You are innovative, flexible, proactive, prestige-less and have a problem-solving approach
  • Enjoy taking own initiatives and full ownership to constantly improve and develop our Stockholm Atelier and your areas of responsibility
  • Have a good ability to plan and structure your work
  • You have experience from administration and handeling MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
