As a Senior Retoucher you will lead a team of retouchers for all web-based imagery in line with company guidelines.

What you will do:

• Responsible for managing and retouching all web-based imagery in line with company guidelines, quality check the work completely and take responsibility for feedback.
• Manage the workflow through the team. Responsible for delivering assets on time and to the highest standards.
• Guide the retouch team to deliver personal objectives as well as overall business goals supporting others according to the expectation of their role.
• Perform quality assurance on images ensuring we maintain consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain an efficient workflow within the retouching team, improving ways of working and implementation.
• Coordinate with Studio Manager and production team weekly and agree a schedule delegating work to teammates.
• Working closely with studio manager, production team and art directors to improve quality and efficiency, creative problem solving and innovating retouch.
• Monitor the retouching team KPIs, as well as improvements to production efficiency.
• Support the retouching team by having regular meetings and catch ups.
• Oversee creative retouching for marketing images, newsletters and creative assets when required
• Maintain file structure and archive images accordingly
• Suggest ways to constantly improve the image quality. Take initiative and be proactive about helping the retouching team and other studio teams
• Complete any other ad hoc duties within the studio when required

• Previous experience working in a similar position/level while managing a team
• Extensive experience using Photoshop CC and Action
• Expert colour correction skills to ensure consistency across all images per product
• Possess a critical eye for correcting and enhancing imagery
• Knowledge of processing of digital images, with an understanding of Capture One Pro.
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, and produce a high volume of retouched images.
• Genuine interest in and understanding of the COS brand and business, in both a visual and commercial sense.
