We are expanding the Global Marketing Measurement team in H&M, with the mission of increasing our media investments impact and making analyses operational to drive brand effects. You will be a key person in building our team and setting up our new ways of working. The team is part of the Media team within the Global H&M Brand Development in Stockholm. We are focused on accelerating H&M brand penetration and revenue growth, as well as enabling digital transformation and innovation.

The Marketing Measurement team is supporting the H&M regions and Business Units in how media drives growth and Brand Objectives. We are business owners of several measurement tools, e.g., Marketing mix model (MMM), Media Campaign Tracker, Content qualitative test tools and external marketing data. We extract, analyse and present insights of media, creative content and brand analyses to guide decision making for our stakeholders.

Job Description

In the role as media analyst, you will support media measurement area development cross the H&M matrix and manage the yearly measurement process and its development with Regions and central stakeholders along with MMM/MTA supplier and Business Tech. You will also contribute to the media measurement development roadmap. This will means you work in cross-functional projects and teams to develop other areas than above and support use of new attribution models and media insight areas.

The role also includes, but are not limited to: 

  • Work with MMM Stakeholders in Regions Media Teams – Insights, Analyses, Scenarios
  • Support Media Budget Process – MMM in Central & Local Media budgets
  • Provide deeper media analyses and MMM insights to Business Units, Media Channels and Management
  • Work with internal Business tech team and external supplier of MMM to develop the program and leverage analyses output
  • Model improvements (challenge and create best solutions with our suppliers, increase internal understanding)
  • Roadmap development (idea workshops, new areas, markets, depth)
  • Improve Data collection and taxonomy processes with stakeholders to reach high quality speed of analyses
  • Use of MMM in monthly/weekly reporting connected to platform metrics
  • Understand and drive use of MMM insights to increase H&M effectiveness with key publishers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you thrive when networking in an international set-up and you can handle complexity and makes it manageable to key partners and stakeholders. You are an analyst and strategist, have a creative mind that drives new ways of working, and you have strong presentation skills. In addition, you have basic strategic marketing skills and know the core in how to turn media measurement insights into business actions.

We also believe that you have:

  • Senior level of working with media and/or business analysis
  • Media background –Brand building Strategy and tactics of digital and traditional media to drive Brand KPIs
  • Experiences of how to turn media measurement insights into business actions
  • Media planning and data collection experience
  • MMM Experience (receiver of MMM from Customer side is meriting)
  • A degree in marketing, economics, engineering/statistics or business administration
