Job Description

With increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for fully flexible Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Agents to join our existing H&M Family on a 3-month temporary contract. This is to support us during our busy festive period.

Part-Time: Temporary, 25-hour contract

  • 25-hour contracts – Mon-Fri 08.00-13.00

Full Time: Temporary, 39-hour contract

  • 39 hours – full flexible

Salary: £9.98 per hour

Start dates:

  • 25-hour contract – 31st October
  • 39-hour contract – 4th November

Location: Currently working within a hybrid model with a requirement to work a minimum of 40% of your contracted hours in our Edinburgh office. When not working in the office your place of work will be your home address, which must be within the United Kingdom. 

Operational hours: Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 9 pm and at the weekend between 9 am – 6 pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible for your preferred contract.

Training: You will receive training to prepare you for the role and we require you to be fully available for this training period. This will be part-time or full-time training depending on which contract you are looking for.

  • 25-hour contract – Mon-Fri – 08.00- 13.00 for 3 weeks
  • 39-hour contract – Mon- Fri 08.30-16.30 for 3 weeks

Hybrid working model:

To help you build confidence in your role, create meaningful relationships with colleagues & to embrace our company culture & work life balance we are currently working on a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your contracted hours in the office per month, some of which will be scheduled for you. 

Whilst working within the office, your safety is our priority & therefore all relevant measures have been put in place to ensure we meet these expectations whilst complying with advice from the government.

Applicants must also therefore have these capabilities to work from home:

A practical work environment including a comfortable and safe space to work with minimal noise disruption and a suitable table and chair to work from
An internet connection with speeds of at least 200kbps 
A monitor is recommended for use at home due to the nature of the job - we will discuss this further at interview stage.
