As Ecommerce Manager for South Korea, you will report to, and work closely with APAC Head of Ecommerce to drive our digital selling performance. You will work closely with the APAC regional team as well as buying office in London and store operation team in Korea to improve digital selling and our omnichannel customer offering.  Your responsibility will be to lead the Ecommerce teams in South Korea, guiding the team towards taking ownership of their markets and their own development. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent leadership skills by being a formal and informal mentor and acting as an ambassador for the brand and our values. You will set strategic plans and establish goals to reach together with your team.  

Job Description

What you will do: 

•Grow the digital business, optimize site experience and drive selling

•Responsible for the Profit & Loss of Korea Online Business, partner with controlling on annual selling and digital marketing budget and forecast, delivering goals and KPIs. 

•Define the E-Commerce and expansion strategy, driving online selling in Korea while ensuring the best possible customer experience, in line with the COS global brand vision.

•Drive the digital marketing, social and paid media strategies to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, nurture loyalty and maximize revenue and ROI

•Work closely with the APAC Head of Ecommerce and the business development team to improve digital selling and our omnichannel customer offering, by securing an enhanced customer experience

•Lead and develop your team to grow the business, guide through the whole employee life cycle (selection, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits)

•Collaborate with Tech and Logistics team to ensure operations efficiency and best 

•Work cross functionally with marketing team to develop a strategy and execute campaigns with influencers and/ or talent

Qualifications

About you:

•Previous ecommerce experience working in a leadership role within fashion or retail industry

•Excellent English and Korean language skills, both verbal & written

•Strong salesmanship and passion for digital sales, retail and COS particularly 

•Experienced and excellent understanding across all core digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates), knowledge of local channels is an advantage

•Has experience from driving digital selling and ecommerce in South Korea

•Excellent leadership abilities and with strong track record of leadership experience

•Strategic mind-set with budget management and/ or P&L experience 

•Proactive attitude and drive to constantly improve the business and best practice in order to achieve our goals

•Strong communication and project management skills 

•Digital Expansion and site development experience
