Your main responsibilities include

• You ensure that our store reflect brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
• You implement guidelines correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
• You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
• You evaluate and develop visual knowledge among sales advisors.
• You constantly share knowledge and develop others to support brand expansion and succession.
• You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
• You enjoy working with a diverse team.
• You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise your work.
• You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.
• You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions.
• You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English skills.
