We are now looking for a Email Coordinator to join our European Regional Team based in London. This role ensures that all regional email marketing initiatives are planned, briefed and scheduled on time in accordance with central business goals, reporting into the Senior Email Specialist and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

•Ownership of end-to-end process for weekly newsletters, including collaborating with and managing key stakeholders across planning, building and deployment of emails.
•Develop and manage A/B test plan across weekly to newsletters for on-going optimisation.
•Ensure accurate and timely completion of newsletters across several markets, testing all newsletters before sending to ensure layout is responsive with different devices and email providers
•Collaborate with the Senior Email Specialist and support on CRM strategy to deliver sales driving newsletters and lifecycle triggered emails aligned with brand ID
•Create and analyse reports monthly and quarterly, as well as ad hoc if required, monitor the results of campaigns against core KPIs (OR, CTO, traffic, conversion and revenue)
•Build newsletter templates and workflows using content blocks based on digital design guidelines, which are in line with industry best practices
•Co-ordinate copy translations with agency, ensuring deadlines are met for translation submissions
•Previous experience working in Email Marketing within retail industry
•Preferable experience working with Email Service Platforms, ideally knowledge of Adobe Campaign
•Good understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models
•Experienced in digital visual presentation either through studies or practical experience
•Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively
•Fashion awareness and creativity
•Excellent organizational and analytical skills
•Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders
•Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office Programs
