Visual Merchandiser Manager

As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, oversee the creation of a reasoned customer journey throughout the store by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. You lead a team of visual merchandisers and work under the guidance of the Store Manager to plan all visual merchandising activities to maximise indirect customer service and selling performance.

The home store of this position will be Jamsil, Yeouido or Pangyo store.

What you will do:

Securing excellent direct customer experience, by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products and styling across the Store Team

•Contribute to the Store- and Floor Managers´ sales strategy, to increase performance and maximise profit based on the business needs

•Communicate with the Area Visual and provides visual feedback to the area team on a regular basis

•Train colleagues to understand the COS collection and spread the story of key products and inspiration background

•Oversee the planning and realising of the store experience, placing the collection according to the planning pack

•Implement all visual merchandising activities including window displays, mannequin styling and garment presentation according to the business needs

•Analyse weekly sales figures and service results, taking appropriate actions to maximise sales performance

•Overview and support other stores in KR

•Act as a customer service role model

We are looking for:

•Approx. over 2 years experience working as a store visual merchandiser and experience as a visual merchandiser Manager is preferable.

•Good English Language and Fluent Korean skills

•Good communication skills

•Open to learn about and sell our products

•Excellent planning and organisational skills

•Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors

•Good commercial abilities

•Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
