Job Description

This newly recreated role will sit within the Brand & Marketing team and will report into the Channel Marketing Manager and in this role you will work closely to the Wholesale account team.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Build strong and lasting partnerships with existing customers that focuses on customer retention, increased brand awareness, consideration and conversion.  
  • Create briefs, proposals and strategies to drive engagement with clients of our partners, in-store and online and own the relationship with the marketing teams at these respective partners.  
  • Set and drive the vision for strong brand partnerships aligned with Monki’s brand ID, purpose, creating co branded strategies and developing year long term plans to support the partnerships.  
  • Analyze data trends of partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities. Define KPIs and implement systems for measuring success 
  • Cultivate close collaborative relationships with key partners to understand business needs and opportunities and ensure innovations and new marketing campaigns meet regions/markets specific needs.
  • Proactively work to ensure a healthy work environment team; coach, lead and inspire the team members. Recognizes strengths and limitations and be supportive to in addressing both

We would love to meet someone who have:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role; in marketing, wholesale, retail or account management
  • Excellent project manager
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing data connected to performance
  • Experience in setting and following up on KPI’s (and budget?)
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal, communication skills.
  • Previous experience in building, growing, and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external partners to grow Monki’s network.
  • To us everyone is a leader and that is especially true in this role since it's new in the organization. Looking for someone who is a builder, entrepreneurial spirit, but once set doesn’t rest and continues to innovate their space and pulls everyone around them on their bandwagon.
  • This person needs to be able to convey their ideas clearly to all the different stakeholders in the organization.
